Very attentive and professional staff. Excellent customer service. On one occasion, the team contacted us to inform us that the lock on our storage unit had been left unlocked. Absolutely no issues since we started renting our storage unit at Depotium Mini Entrepôt - Pointes-aux-Trembles over 3 years ago. Would highly recommend!

Sophie was excellent in explaining the process for using the storage facility. She was very courteous, brought me to see the storage unit, asked if it was big enough for what we needed and it was a very good experience. I will definitely recommend the Depotium in Pointe aux Trembles!

I was very please with the service and the cleanliness. They also have good size rooms and very secure. I would definitely use them again if needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to store stuff
